Paulette is an Internationally Certified Trainer with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication and has been living and sharing NVC since 2002. One of only 12 CNVC Certified Trainers currently in Australia, Paulette trained with Dr Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of Nonviolent Communication.
Paulette was initially drawn to NVC as a tool to support her parenting and soon found it useful in all situations and every relationship - at work, with her family, in her intimate relationship and relationships in the broader community. Paulette is passionate about sharing NVC and supporting people to find more peace and joy in their relationships. Caring deeply about social change, Paulette is also actively involved in restorative justice conferences and is a volunteer Primary Ethics Teacher, contributing to her local community.
Paulette facilitates regular trainings in conflict resolution and effective communication for healthy relationships for professionals, families, community groups and in workplaces.

My purpose and My vision
I really care about deliberately making life more wonderful - where children grow up with security, love and respect - witnessing adults who model problem solving through heart connected dialogue - so that, in time, NVC / Compassionate Communication replaces nuclear weapons - and peace reigns on earth - and the military turn their attention to saving us and the planet from a climate catastrophe
And that's why I teach people how to think, speak and behave in emotionally intelligent and heart connected ways through my trainings with groups, couples and individuals - in person and on Zoom
About Nonviolent Communication - NVC
